Insert your height and weight. It'll predict the rest of your body measurements. How do they compare to your actual measurements?
I'm curious because, for someone who's 5'0 and 84 pounds, I'm slightly fatter than it predicts for me to be. It predicts that I have a 28 inch chest, 22 inch waist, and 32 inch hips. I have a 30 inch chest, 26 inch waist (sigh), and 33 inch hips. See prediction on left side & reality on right side:I'm mostly concerned about the waist. Is it normal to have a waist that is 4 inches larger than predicted? Especially for someone who's underweight. My "waist-height ratio" says that my waist is "slender and healthy", but that doesn't take into account that I'm underweight, so I should have a smaller waist.
So how about you? How do your waist measurements compare to what's predicted when you insert your height and weight into that calculator?
