Neither. For me it depends more on how much fat o muscle. Because more fat mean "bulkier" and more muscle means "slimmer".

You are on the lower end of what a normal weight would be. Certainly do not listen to any of the deranged comments telling you to loose weight. If you gained 20-30 lbs that would still be fine.
