You can figure that out yourself by checking your BMI (Body Mass Index).

Short answer, neither.
Honestly, you about average, definitely not obese and not even really overweight. I do not think you need to loose weight health wise.
Also, you have a very attractive body. You are well proportioned, and your fat is spread evenly over your body. Contrary to popular opinion, borderline anorexia is not attractive to most guys.

I can't say send a doctor can only tell you what weight works for your body so see a doctor when you want to know that an do what he says to keep healthy cuz most the time we just dont eat right an healthy an have problems with how it effects our hormones
