I've been on a diet for about over a year now and lost over 60lbs & now I'm healthy weight but I'm not done yet, still really insecure about my "weight" & feel bad about not being a size 6 & under.
don't be nice & say it's "not fat" if that's not what you think. if anything that would add a little bit more motivation to get to my gw so don't hold back
