15, 5'2, 135 lbs, size 8. Is that fat?

I'm 15, about 5'2, and weigh about 135 lbs, and wear size 8.

My friends say I look nice and fit, but I don't know..

I'm short and feel like I'm fat. So I've taken up working out twice a day: get up at four to bike, then run and do other weight training activities at night.

I have also cut my calories by decreasing my food intake and sticking to healthy things.

My friends say I push myself too hard.

Yet, I still feel fat.

Any input?

I should also say that I play basketball, and have been working out like this for almost 7 months. I do eat enough and all.
