It's not always about weight and height. It depends on how your body carries the fat and how much muscle you have. I'm 5'4 and last time I checked I was 125 but a lot of people think I weigh a lot less than that. When I tell them that they think I am lying and trying to say I weigh more. Not that 125 is big, it's thin but I guess I don't look it. I had to prove to someone once by stepping on the scale to show them. I work out a lot and I have a very physical job. So I have a lot of muscle.
No one can tell you if you're fat just by your weight and height. Although I don't know too many people who are in their 130s at our height who are fat.

No! I'm 5'4 and I weight 135 pounds. But I am also very active and have a lot of muscle. You can be 135 lbs and still be healthy. But you can also be 135 lbs and be unhealthy. Just make sure you get some exercise and eat sort of healthy. That is what I do. Just be you!!
I think it's a healthy weight :) I don't think you need to worry about that.. Just eat healthy foods and have a couple of exercises :)

It depends on your body shape. But based on BMI you are in your normal weight.

As long as you're healthy, exercise etcyes lose a little weight but only if you're comfortable with it. love yourself
