Yes, I'm not use to being this weight I'm used to being really really skinny but I picked a bit recently so I am trying to see of I need to lose a few pounds.

Well, this is my first time I had to lose weight because I have always been skinny so I am trying to figure it all out. I think the reason why I gained weight was because my chocolate addiction went through the roof and I start eating chocolate like crazy everyday so i am trying to cut back on that. I also work from home on my laptop so I am not physical active at all. I can even lay on the bed and work which is not good at all. Right now I am trying to do some in-home cardio workout routines everyday. I get tired fast so I am starting with 15minutes a day. I dont thats good enough to lose weight though. Any advice?

15 minutes isn't quite good enough... you need at least 30. And make sure you don't sit all day afterward. You have to get up and move around and do basic physical activity on top of that so that your blood keeps pumpin'! You have to put the laptop down and move around at least once an hour, walk around for like five minutes at a good pace or something. Trust me.

OK ill try. What if I do 15 minutes and then later another 15 min for the workout part so it will be total 30min? Ill try to move more on top of that. Its just its hard when my job requires me to work at the computer/laptop for hrs a day.

Yeah it's tough but you have to give yourself breaks and move around. Also! Diet matters the most. If you don't eat enough fresh fruits and veggies, you need to start doing that.

I think that losing ten pounds sounds good for you, if that's what you want. Ten to fifteen. No more than that.

Really? people usually laugh when I tell them I'm fat though. I thinkts because I am shapely. Like I have wide hips which makes my waist look smaller. And I can give an illusion of a flat stomach If I wear tops a little bit looser.
