What are the white flakes in my boxers?

I notice a couple small white flakes in my boxers from time to time. I don’t know if they were there before because I never really looked at my underwear in the past. Anyone know what it could be?

Dude, you have dry skin. Change your soap to something with moisturizers in it and if need put lotion on the affected areas that are dry.
