What is this spot on my scalp?

This suddenly appeared a few weeks back and now there's another one next to it. What is it?

I'm not seeing yellow dots, and the lesion isn't pink; it is tan, which is a normal colour. It is homogenous in size and colour. Borders are normal. Size is not in excess of 5mm. I would really not worry, but make sure you always check. Never settle for the analysis of someone on the internet.

I am not sure what I'm supposed to see but it looks like a little pink patch with yellow dots.

In my opinion it's nothing. But see a doctor.

Lice are not a result of poor hygiene. It can spread from others
Also it can be an effect of ticks especially if you have dogs or something

It's called "dermatillomania". You can look it up to see if this is what you're doing
