What do you use on your skin for eczema? what do you use for baby's eczema?

I have had eczema my whole life, I usually use this:
1) African Shea butter is SOOO GOOD it works like magic whenever I have a bad eczema breakout plus if you have curly hair it can be used as a moisturizer as well so it’s multi purpose !
2) Indian healing clay: I love this so much, it’s basically a deep poor cleans. It helps prevent acne, eczema, etc. This makes your skin really dry though so after doing it make sure to moisturize your skin real good
3) any CeraVe product is usually really good, their products are specialized for sensitive skin types.
Lastly the biggest thing are their are products you should avoid if you have eczema, their have been many times I’ve had completely normal skin and the next day because of using a product my skin didn’t like my eczema acted up.
Generally products you should avoid are any ones that include: fragrances, essential oils, Urea, Lanolin, Retinoids, Cocamidopropyl betaine, propylene glycol, and ethanol.
Healthy skin helps retain moisture and protects you from bacteria, irritants and allergens. Eczema is related to a gene variation that affects the skin's ability to provide this protection. This allows your skin to be affected by environmental factors, irritants and allergens. Eczema can also be triggered by certain food allergies as well.
I hope this helps, I hate having eczema but now I rarely get breakouts since I’m on top of my skin care and know what works and doesn’t for my skin.
I used to have a medicated hydrocortisone cream but can't remember the name of it. Recently just been using aloe vera cream, takes a few weeks but it's almost gone.
Eucerin Eczema Relief. Trust me, I've tried everything, and this stuff works immediately. Way better than did that costs 10× as much.
- Eating well
- Washing with water only
- Not scratching
- No swimming pools
Suddenly gone forever.

I avoid fragrance on products like the plague. I use non-scented eczema calming products from Cetaphil, also I always have aquaphor ready for when my skin gets to dry and flaky
Eucrisa works great. It will Require a script from your doctor and usually requires an authorization with your insurance
