i carry guy who is 250lbs and over 6 feet almost 2km one time. i had 2 take lots of breaks but he was 2 big and tall 4 me 2 carry fireman so i carry him bridal and drag him when i run outta energy
So 180lbs is light for you so you can able to carry him for 3-4km distance one time?
i prob still need 2 take break if it is 3 to 4km. my stamina nut dat gud
even 130lbs girl make me tired if i tried 2 carry her for more than 500m
I think you have great stamina compared to me.. I couldn't able to carry guy for 100meters.. but your able to carry a guy 4km that's great..
Yes carrying 500m makes tried.. in that case you can take a break and continue the carrying a guy

i am sprinter so can cover short distance w lotsa power but run outta energy fast. huff puff. then can do again after 30-60 secs rest. when i carry guy who is even 180lbs i am in sprinter mode. need lots of rest. 250 guy is like super sprint

180lbs guy i need 2 try now 2 make sure but maybe few hundred meters b4 resting. i know i can still do 130lbs girl over 500m bc i tried recently and i dont degrade so much wif more weight unless it is way more. but 180 is? 4 me. that is tough weight 2 predict

piggyback is me best option but need very conscious person 4 dat. if they are passed out i can't get them to hold onto me
mostly i am used 2 carrying people who are unconscious so piggyback is usually not option

if conscious i can piggyback all day wif little rest. maybe i can do up to 1km wif 180lbs no rest. it play 2 my strongest muscles in back and quads
only thing i have to readjust sometimes if legs are slip behind me
