Can anyone recommend a groin guard for Krav Maga?

I've started going to a few Krav Maga classes and need recommendations for a groin guard. I've been wearing my old Adidas one I got years ago for Tae Kwon Do but never wore and its reminded me why I never wore it. I really don't want anything bulky, as I find them uncomfortable. Instead I'm just after something small and comfy that's as unobtrusive as possible.

Any recommendations?

I've heard good things about the diamond gaurd a lot of mma guys use it, but if your just striking and not grapperling than any groin gaurd will do

I have been practicing Krav Maga for many years. I definitely don't think women need a cup, and some of our men don't wear one at all either.

We have to wear one at Krav. I don't wear one for Tae Kwon Do where they're optional.

Most female groin protestors suck compared to male ones... But there are some good ones out there. I recommend Lobloo, they make excellent ones.

Guards are compulsory, plus there are a lot of drills where groin kicks are practiced and I already feel a little uncomfortable having a guy repeatedly booting me between the legs!

And to be honest I didn’t think groin guards for women even existed.. it’s like the female condom.. not common
