
Should I drink my protein shakes before or after the gym?


After. The protein, as you may already know, is to help repair your muscles after the workout, which in turn helps with building muscle. I drink mines after.
Protein shake before, and Manuka honey after. I prefer a shake that contains ultra fine oats, plant protein, creatine and digestive enzymes. Undenatured whey protein is good too.

From what I understand, it's fast absorbing, so having it after the gym, makes more sense.
I always work out on an empty stomach and have my shake after I shower.
I would think before you work out or train at the gym
have a light meal before the work out and drink military protein it’s new out on the market 48 g of protein from real proteins sources of animals
