Do you ever have dreams that "follow you around" for the rest of the day?

It's been happening a lot, recently. I have a dream and, even if I've forgotten it by the time I wake up, I keep getting instant replay flashes of it throughout the day for no particular reason.

Frequently, although it's never quite as vivid as when I was asleep. I don't think it has happened to me though in cases where I forgot the dream.

Yes, but, my dreams are always there, even after waking up. I am trying to figure out a few still...

I had a few odd ones the past few nights. I'm kinda starting to forget them but they still keep slapping me in the face going,. "Hey! Remember THIS?"

Is it a piece of something that has happened before, in your life? Or some dream that doesn't make sence? Which ever it is.. May be trying to tell you something.

I have so many dreams. I would like to know why/ I had these few dreams that I cannot figure out. I have some kind of adea.. as to why I dreamt it, but, still don't know why I would dream that.

Also why recurring dreams... I had 3 recurring dreams, I had for years, now many years later, vanished. Some of my vivid dreams I will only remember for a week and others forever, like these few I had, kept dreaming about and remembering all the time. There's one dream I had feb 2nd 2022, Very vivid.. can't figure out what it means. I just keep trying to figure it out

No, just some odd stuff that popped into my head although, some of it had people that I know in real life.
Yeah, it probably IS trying to tell me something but, at the moment, as I can't remember very much of it anymore, I couldn't even begin to try to figure it out.
Yeah, same here, I was watching a movie about "the trip" and it got into my head and the dream had something (in a minor way) to do with that.
I used to have recurring dreams, too. I think the last bunch were about 20 years ago, before that it was probably when I was a kid and I kept having the same flying dream.
I had one a couple months ago, too, and told a friend about because she was in it and she was amazed at my recall for details! That one I can still remember... most of it.
