As far as the body type that's relevant for fitness, I'm thinking you are a mesomorph/endomorph blend. That type can have a fairly easy time bulking but a more difficult time cutting. You can find out for sure based on your measurements here:

Learning your body type (ecto, meso, endo) can also help a lot to know how to most effectively train and optimize your nutrition.
Cardio and very light weights will make the arms appear smaller, while also being stronger, if that bothers you. Since it appesrs to mostly be fat, and that's just a normal girl thing. Not that it should bother you since you are well within the perfectly fine range. You look neither bulky nor manly.
Not sure what I'd call your body type. I suspect googling up some reference list and oicking whichever best matches you would be the go-to way to find out.
it's difficult to tell your body type by what you're wearing, but it seems most like a rectangle to me. i think it'd be best if you lost around 10 pounds, but nothing too significant. to lose weight, you can just go on a calorie deficit (nothing too extreme though), cardio, or just go on a treadmill.

Be confident about your body looks, you have perfect physical appearance. If you want to be hot&sexy your body type need some tight crop tops to wear I mean use a perfect dress code..
Do lots of reps per set for your arms and legs.
Wear your pants lower than in the pictures and get the type that look more silky and shiny for athletic clothes.
I am certainly no expert on fitness but why would you do weights?
Surely you just want cardio and flexibility type exercises?
As for your arms they are fine, they tend to be unappealing when there is a lot of well defined muscle.
