umm, isn't that why 99% of people work out? i guess it's important to be healthy and strong as well, but you could be those things even if you are 5-15 lbs overweight. so it probably has more to do with looking sexy than it does with health. like really, do you need a six pack or a bubble butt to be "healthy?" puhlease. i mean, a lot of guys expect women to look like barbie dolls, so poor us.

Nothing wrong with working out to look good naked. I workout for a lot of different reasons, looking good naked is just a bonus.

Most people go to the gym for fitness but if someone’s motivation is to look good naked that’s fine. Telling me that would make me think “weirdo” and walk away. Some things just shouldn’t be shared. That’s one of them.
