What helped me to grow further was body-weight exercises and calisthenics. I was doing Burpees a lot. Also consider that your diet and sleep habits play a major role.

But sometimes, it's mere genetics, just be confident. If you consider yourself still short at the end, you can sign up to Fight clubs/self-defense classes. So just in case if anyone dares to mess with you because you're short👊😂

Yes. I believe I was between 5'9" and 5'10" when I was 16, and I'm 6' now. You likely have a bit more growing to do. Get good nutrition, rest, and exercise to promote optimal growth through your early 20s.

It depends on your parent's height, you can grow to age 21, also depends on your diet as well

Yes, eat right and get off the couch. You will grow another 2-4 inches in the next 3 or 4 years.

Yeah I kept growing until I was 20 , I think I was around your height at that age

Probably not, I was a slow grower; but stopped at 16.
