I also had /having serious insomnia. (I tried not sleeping for a week this is how serious it is)

Thry always try to put pressure and stress on me, to some level i have to agree with them, but i do it with my apeed so i dont pick up their stress, cud i dont need it.
I see people stressing all around me i dont understand why?
Im doing same job, yet i choose to be chill about it.
Maybe it’s because of my city.

I have a few friends have that too also an uncle. (Could be not sleep problems , could be other things tho)
If u believe its this or that u open mental doors for it to affect you. If doors are open then stress freely comes in.

Happened with me when I was preparing for this entrance exam (had to study for hours daily and negative possibilities would crush me). My bones were bending inwards, couldn't sleep for nights, sometimes I felt pins and needles out of the blue and couldn't eat properly. This was months ago.
Since I cleared the exam and grew more religious, I'm much more content and calm than before.

I felt my muscles getting tighter at night can’t rest at all.
The first time I had it when I was highschool broke up with ex. Then now stress from work.
That's unfortunate. Have you ever given a shot to meditation or going out to do some stuff, taking breaks, vacations etc?
There must be something that should keep you off of things. Religion, working out and video games work for me.
I went to therapist for like 2 months and rest for more than half year. (I ve been working at part time job, a really freely one graphic stuff so I only wfh)
When I was resting I slowly went back to how I used to but recently I started a full time it came back.
It’s a really pain. I just want to go back to normal life.
