I work 3pm to 11pm Monday - Friday. I get home about 12am. I normally get something to eat and try and whine down. The earliest I can go to bed is about 2am. But my mind still going 100 mph and then can't fall asleep until 3 or 4. Then to boot my body automatically wants to wake up at 8 am no matter how long I have slept.

Yes, I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine. Every night is an adventure.

It is not as much fun as it looks.

I do, well most of the time 😅 I go to bed pretty late (it’s 2 am now lol), but what bothers me is that I keep waking up during the night 🥴

I go to bed early but I will wake up at 10 pm, at 1 am, and at 4 am. If I sleep past 10 pm, just to skip one annoying wake up time, 1 and 4 still happens, and at 4 I can't go back to sleep even though I have 3 and a half hours to catch up, cause it would take too long to actually fall back asleep and then wake up.

Yes it's been a month or so now. I got really stressed for no reason I had a misunderstanding with this program I'm in to lose weight as far as appointments go, and I just started being hard on myself and then it started

Not too good. Usually go to bed at 1-2 am and have to get up at 6:30 to breastfeed the baby and do the school drop off. In between that time I'm sleeping I get woken up a few times from the kids and husband. Some of it is my fault cause I stay up late but gotta get free time when I can 😂

I sleep well, but there are never enough hours in the day and I get less sleep than I should.

Not really. I have a bad habit of going to bed at around 3 AM when I need to get up at 9 AM though, but that's my fault.

I fall asleep too easily.
I need medication to stay awake.
