I am 30 years old, weigh 179 lbs and tall 5'9. Currently in the alternating biceps

curl i lift a maximum of 20 pounds for arm for 10 repetitions. My friend girl i go to the gym with tells me that i am weak. Is it a good load or my friend is right?
