What do think about the decreasing testosterone cause more women to be born and men having smaller penises?

I read a study that said the testosterone rate was double what it now 50 years ago and it's cause problems in penis size, apparently it hurts women to because it makes them more prone to miscarriages and severe cramps.

Humans aren't crocodiles; more girls being born may be a result of pollution or whatever else is causing test levels to drop, but that's determined by which sperm wins the race.
