Basically she says if a woman is stronger than you as a man then you are pathetic and are neglecting your health. We can also infer by this that you are also doing a disservice to yourself as one of the things women desire in men is both mental and physical strength which you can get in exercise.

As a man, a female's strength is not even a consideration, but if I imagine if I was as weak as a woman... I probably would've been murdered in just the day-to-day fist fights. I don't know about this newer generation though... like most of them don't even beat the shit out of each other now. I'm sure it's possible to be as weak as a woman, but I'd be like... Some women are naturally bigger then some smaller men. In addition women who work out very seriously in the gym for their sport can become very strong. It is true in 90 plus percent of the cases a equal size man doing equal training will be stronger then the woman. Take my girlfriend for example. She works out 5 days a week, 3 hours a pop. Over 4 years she has become very strong. She is not a small woman in stature either. I dont have the time to workout that much Maybe two or three times a week for an hour or so. She has stronger legs, and better cardio. Her upper body has closed the gap between us but she will likely never catch up to me unless I become a couch potato. She dont look down on me because she is more fit. She kind of likes it and it motivates her.
