I am dieting and I get hungry and then feel depression. is it normal?
When we change our diets we tend to crave foods we can't have or the hormones in the body have changed due to dieting so this makes us feel depressed when we become over hungry. So yes this is normal, just make sure you are not cutting your diet down too much cause that can happen too.

Totally normal once I holded on for a week to lose weight (I didn't eat fully or discarded lunch for musli and milk for the next few hours and had gone as far as to drink water whenever my stomach begged for some snacks) I cried twice and in the case of my sister when dieting she turns grumpy and moody so I think you're pretty normal.
No not really. Only when I am too broke to buy something to eat
