I'm at my best performance level in the afternoon, but at that time, I'm also often tired from work. So I'm trying to get my workouts done before I go to work, but getting up at 5 in the morning isn't always easy...
But I'd still say that morning exercise is my favourite. It leaves you energised for the day and frees up the time in the afternoon.

I have my own gym
when i used to go, 6-7am was best..
or after 9pm when most peeps were not there.
I dont like an audience
The very early morning. Like 3AM or 4AM. 5AM is okay, but earlier is better.

I don't go to gyms, but the few times I have with my friends, the best time is when it's empty
Around 5 as that's when the body has the best muscular efficiency.. however my gym is really busy so I usually arrive around 7pm.
when it's less then half full but there are still a few people around just in case something happens. so either early morning or late night ideally
Either 6:30 AM in the morning or the same time but in the evening. I prefer the morning one.
either first thing in the morning or like an hour before it closes
I go at 5AM when it first opens. It is not crowded.
I don't belong to a gym, but if I did, late afternoon would be my favorite time.
Whenever I get a chance. Going even during non optimal time feels better then not going
5am is the best time no one is there or 9am it's not so busy or an hour before it closes
Probably either early morning or close to closing
When my gym crush is there 😉
Late at night less people are there
I don't go and never will.
Either 0430 or 8/10pm.
Mornings usually at 10;00
Early in the morning or around 4-6pm
Late morning while the kids are in school
Going in the evening would be a good time.
After the lunch crowd leaves.
In the morning, and sometimes I jog
