I tried to avoid getting into the medication route and did other things to help. It's a journey but it's working. I know others that take medication and it, depending on it, can be hard to get off them if they tried to without a doctor.

Lexapro, PTSD. I was diagnosed social and general anxiety, I overcame it through years of hard work and got more confidence then most.

Ativan, strong benzo. Makes me really aggressive.
