Just exercise, eat and drink water, it gets out of your system faster.

Unfortunately you cannot speed up the rate at which your liver processes and metsbolizes alcohol time is the only factor. Which is why after a night of heavy drinking the next day you could still get pulled over and fail a breathalyzer and charged with a dui. It takes at least 12 hours to metabolize no matter what you do.
