That's not an assumed conclusion theses days... I would positively notice either in a skirt that is mid-way thigh in seated position with legs cross.
FYI, when you shop for skirts sit and look in mirror not standing up. I am not one who takes pleasure in a walking hoe length date BUT not a Saint either. The powerful crossed leg with half or less thigh visible is inviting and intimidating... especially if a feminists dress pant suit Jacket princess type... that actually likes men at Thursday happy hour... ;-)
