I couldn’t sleep with a tv on it’s too bright.

Occasionally. The brightness never really bothered me. I have a very overactive mind and it can be difficult for me to shut it down some nights so having the sound of the tv gives me something to pull my awareness away from just thinking about random shit for hours. I also have mild tinnitus and some nights I need the noise to not hear my ears ringing

Same as you. But sometimes when I am lonely and tired and watching something nice. Just want to keep watching it and fall asleep right there and I do.
