That depends. If I'm sleeping during the day because I work night shift, I will have it off.
If I'm on a normal schedule, my partner and I will go to bed with the TV on but put it on a sleep timer.

I like to fall asleep in front of it, couse i know i will wake up and turn it off, or i will turn it off right when i'm midsleep.
But when tired, i like to be like a "bat in the cave", no light, no sound, nothing, i know even if i get 2-3 hours sleep like a bat i'll wake up fresh! Now depends of the "dreams"too... if i have a "dream that i like", then i wish to sleep ti'll it ends, but we all know is impossible 🤣
Mainly when u need to "see/touch/kiss" etc, that is when our brain switches to WAKE UP MODE, and we loose everything 🤦‍♂️🤣
