I’m on my period and I am removing a lot of discharge that is clear and like mucus it comes out like that or mixed with some blood. I’ve been having sharp pains on my ovary and also getting leg cramps. And also so bloated it feels like knives. Does anyone know the reason for this

Go get checked by a doctor. You could possibly have PCOS or Endo. Get an ultrasound done.
