Always has been the case for me. I get anywhere near actually sweating and I start to slow down and not want to keep going. In extreme cold... just standing around is what is actually uncomfortable for me.

definitely yes... the cooler and colder it gets, the more active I will be... because most if not all my work is done outside
I run almost everyday. I do not have to go out at 6 AM everyday cause of the heat now. Fall is a great time to workout outside!
It was the most fun in the world back in school when the "sexiest ladies on earth" 🙄 decided for the whole class to tear the windows open in the winter mornings because "freezing burns calories" 🗡️
