Good morning. :D Sooo I just did a shift from 1 am to 7 AM. I remember when I tried to do two jobs where one had me from 11 pm to 7 am. Then I had to go to my delivery job from 8-5... and I requested not to be sent out of town. Guess what my boss did. :) I started hallucinating and swore to god the trees above me turned into heads... holy sh
So do you remember when you had to stay up way past your bed time? How did your brain like that?
u former insomniac... and always had "irregular sleeping habits"
so this is sort of a norm for me, and I am very used to it... it doesn't really affect me at all, I can sleep six hours (my usual full sleep requirement) or I can sleep just two and three hours and wake up fine, ready for anything
the one thing that actually can mess me up and make me wake up all wonky is when I sleep 8 or 9 hours, which is weird...
Longest i stayed up was 60 hours.
My body has made sure i never did that again LOL
Yesterday. Had to completely flip my schedule for an appointment. Your brain freaks out and tries any number of tricks to get you to sleep. From making you dramatic to giving you the shakes or even itchy ankles. It tries everything.
