Nothing changes, is that all?

i'm 14 years old. I entered puberty at the age of 10, but since the age of 11-12, there have been no changes in my face. My height never got taller, before I hit puberty, my height was something like 145-148. My height is 153 now, i'm very short compared to my peers. I haven't changed or grown at all in adolescence, and my adolescence is about to end. in 2 years my adolescence will be over, but there is nothing. Even the slightest change. Sometimes I wonder if my development is over.
