For those of you who wear eyeglasses, do you see perfect with them on?

My eye doctor told me it was normal for me to see a little blurry with one eye. She couldn’t get my eye exam right!

Blurry? No never has happened to me. Doesn't sound normal. I've been wearing glasses since I was 7 so I've had so many eye exams in my life. I think I see I see about pretty much everything clear.

I only need them for reading and close up work.
And I can see clearly.
One eye should not be blurry, something isn't right.
I can see that if you are buying generic readers off the shelf, but your eyes can be different, so go back be polite but insist that they get it right.
That is why you paid money for them to do it, or hand them back ask/demand a refund and go somewhere else, talk to a manager, something.
They screwed up.

I wear glasses since I was 14. Sometimes a 100% correction on each 'side' will not satisfy: eyes are working as a 'team'.

I would not call my own correction 'perfect' - but it's pretty close to it.

Much depends on the optician (I never saw a ''doctor'' for getting new glasses); I did have cases when my 'new glasses' did not make me happy.

No! That's why I hardly ever wear them! They seem to be fucking up my vision more than helping it! I've been asking for 40 years for CORRECTIVE lenses and all I ever get is this shit that makes them worse!! I USED to be able to read very small fine print but, now, sometimes I need a magnifying glass just to read NORMAL print!!

No. I had cataracts so my lenses were replaced with manufactured lenses which do not adjust like natural lenses do. So there are some problems with them, but they are mostly good.

Why do you call them eye glasses, I’ve never bought glasses to wear anywhere other than in front of my eyes.

I’ve never heard of that being normal.
I’m not sure if I see perfectly since I’ve pretty much always needed glasses, but both of my eyes certainly work equally well. (Glasses or not.)
