My winging is only on the right side

How bad is it? You should see a doctor. If its worse , he may recommend you surgery. Some massages may help but i am not sure.

You should visit a doctor. He will guide you. He would recommend a therapist or he will ask you to excercise

You exercise and stretch ALL your body.

If it is very accentuated, you also go to the physiotherapist.

The important part to remember is that the place in your body affected isn't necessarily the one "shorter", the one that affects posture.

For example, maybe you have winging because it is compensating the gravity of an overly curved lower back. And that compensating for legs posture.

Well not in pain tho,
But when i feel tired of fatigue, the winging part gets tired.
My winging is only on the right side

Ok, well what I know of scapular winging its that it's caused by nerve damage or trauma. Maybe there is more than one cause.

I think its due to my sitting posture, i have scoliosis
