By what age female rabbit develops nipple this morning i noticed 6 tiny pinkish bumps in the underneath area of my rabbit

It is usually a sign that she is pregnant. Do you have male rabbits around or does your rabbit get to meet the male ones?

No i don't have male rabbit she is alone

Could be shedding causing you to notice them or in heat causing them to be enlarged

Rabbits don't shed, they molt.

You are right she was on heat so it enlarged

They get nipples right after birth

But i never felt these bumps while picking up mu bunny until today

It's because they weren't prominent for you to be able to really notice or feel them. Look at how tiny female puppy dogs nipples are when they are born, they are really tiny and not all that noticeable

I would guess the rabbit died. In other words, she's preggers.

Years ago, if you wanted to find out if you were pregnant, they'd give you a rabbit test. I'm not sure what it involved but, if the rabbit died, that meant you were pregnant!
So, in this case, that rabbit's rabbit test killed the rabbit.
