Girls, who have been pregnant at once, how much sleep did you take in your pregnancy?

Because I heard from a doctor that sedation is done naturally by the body for healthy growth of the baby.

I've never been one to sleep much especially during pregnancy. Around 30 weeks a woman's body starts preparing for the baby to wake up so very hard to get more then a few hours a night

I wish I could answer this question but I've never been pregnant. I've always thought that pregnant women couldn't sleep well due to the discomfort.

Yes, ideally they should rest as much as possible but it's not like that for all women. Especially for those who are poor or single mothers.

The science is, when we do a particular thing for a very very long time, your lifetime for example, that activity gets recorded in our DNA.
Because we can do that activity through muscle memory and without giving that much attention after a long time of practicing it. It really does get recordedin our DNA, which is later used to create a child.

I was very tired my girst pregnancy. Would sleep all night and then in the afternoon be so tired I could barely keep my eyes open, so would nap for a few hours every day. During my other pregnancies I wasn’t really more tired than usual.
