Not for me. I have to do something or I can't get my mind to focus. My husband can meditate though, just focus on one thing like a statement or an image and not get distracted for a while. Helps him be more calm and focused through the rest of the day too.
Yeah it does. Sometimes just sitting and breathing is really beneficial mentally especially as a way to decompress after a long day. It takes your focus off stressful things and allows you to relax

For me, reading a little bit of scripture and sitting with God works. Lots is put to rest and sm able to get along in my affairs 🤷🏻♂️
How does it change your daily life outside of the sitting with god part.
