How do you sleep in bed?

Here is how I have to sleep with acid Reflux. How do you normally sleep on the back, side, stomach or in-between? I sleep rotation back and forth on my sides.

I sleep in a recliner for many medical reasons.

I haven't had a bed in 30 years.

I have to wear this damned thing. I try to sleep on my side. Sometimes the mask comes loose and wakes me up.
