No, inhaling crap gives you lung cancer. Mostly it's tobacco smoke but it could be anything.

From my relative who died from lung cancer. They said she was showering at night so she got water in her lungs..

I’m sorry to hear that. Only way I know of that would happen is if she opened her mouth and the shower water went in and accidentally breathed instead of spitting out the water or swallowing it. Maybe she had a breathing problem and more moisture got inside her lungs somehow. I’m just throwing out ideas. But I’ve never heard of anything like this. Again, sorry for your loss 😞

That makes no sense. if you shower cold anyway the temperature doesn't matter.

Unless you go for a naked walk in freezing cold winter, there is nothing to worry, and even if you were doing this, there is still no risk for lung cancer, just infections like flu, or risk for freezing of your toes.

However i asume you stay indoors and there its much warmer.

It would only cause lung cancer if you smoked a pack of cigs under the nightly shower, but this would be bad at daytime as well.
