You've seen them. Secret to losing weight that is hidden by the weight loss industry, who make $Billions on us. "It cost us a lot to get this stuff produced. We should sell it for $500 but today this special offer is just $40 a bottle." 0r "This is bound to sell out fast so get it now. 3 bottles of Alpilean for the price of one!" etc, etc. Have you ever fallen for one of these video ads?

Only suckers fall for this crap. Its the same snake oil salesman that have always been around in the 1700 1800 and 1900s. Only now they kust have corporate offices and are just rip off a lot more gullible and desperate suckers significantly faster and easier.

Best remedy to produce good health - prevention. Eat healthy 3-4 meals a day. Dont snack throughout the day on crap - healthy veggies are fine. 1/2 of most plates should be veggies, 1/6 max should be grains (100% whole grains - not that white bread candy sugary crap that most people in America only think is part of a healthy diet - its not. And 1/3 meat/buts - preferably avoid land animals (reds). Fish and birds are the best to avoid heart attack and stroke in 50's+.

And finally - exercise (gym, sports, swimming, etc - whatever ignites your passion) for 1.5hrs per day after work (or before). And throw in an extra 30min-45min before work (or after) doing yoga or running.

Finally is hygiene - sleep hygiene (8.5hrs/day +/- 0.5hrs), environmental hygiene (your house is well kept and ready for an efficiemt day without obstacles or delay - including chores, meal prep, neat and tidy), and finally personal hygiene (making sure you are well groomed when waking up, and after exercise with shower and shave and feeling good to WANT to tackle the day).

Follow this recipe and you'll get laid way more often, have better quality partners you attract health-wise so you both can grow old together for longer time and slows down rate of biological aging significantly (sugar breaks down cells and speeds up biological aging rapidly).

Lastly - aim to do this MOST days as your weekly habits. Not all. Moderation is key for sustainability - and for small fun once in a blue moon - if you want to get a pizza once a month - do it. Sugary Chocolate Bar once a month - enjoy it if you find it naturally.

But most weeks aim to focus on healthy habits - and over time - build in one habit gradually at a time once / 2 weeks then add another once it feels easy and natural. Do the healthy - and you'll find you lose your cravings for most of the sugary crap anyway without thinking about it or even noticing.

What you suggest will work to some extent for a lot of people, but it is very difficult to follow and most people will not be able to do all of this. If a person has Type 2 diabetes, they can do all of this and their Hgb A1C will still not be normal. If they use the medication I mentioned, it will be.

@dubiousintentions Yes in the USA, it is legally required for the labeling to include that disclaimer if they claim any health benefits, unless there have actually been studies that show benefits (and there never are).

As for "how do you know (without actually buying it)?" : By reading the results of studies done on them as examples given in the links I provided.
If there were any actual benefit, then studies would show that there was benefit, they would present that evidence to the FDA, and wouldn't require the label. Also, the news would spread like wildfire and medical institutions would start to implement the use of the substance as a legally approved drug for treatment. An example would be penicillin, which is actually effective, has proved to be effective, so it was put into general use and a big hubbub was made about it and no one questions the validity.

These BS things with ads on Youtube are just using advertising. PAID ACTORS and made up BS. I can tell you that Alpiliean crap you have a photo of in your question is total crap just base on their advertising. I clicked on a link once and got taken to a 30 minute long video talking in circles and saying nothing but claiming amazing things but I could see where it's going: "Listen to our garbage BS for 30 minutes to soften your mind so that you think paying $100 for some garbage pills is a good idea." No actual research done, no provable results, it's just trash.

I’m pharmacist intern and one of the first things they lecture to us is to take all OTC claims with a grain of salt. The FDA doesn’t regulate them and they can pretty much say any outlandish thing they want to get you to buy their product

It works and works well, and in addition to weight loss, it normalizes blood sugar. Stopping it will reverse those benefits but does no real harm. It certainly is not a scam as I understand that term.

It is common knowledge obese people have a shorter life expectancy than a person of normal weight. If you look in the small print there's usually a disclaimer saying they don't have any proven medical effect. If there isn't there should be. You're better off getting a prescription from your doctor.

There is a real epidemic with the majority of women ages 18-29 being on prescription mental health medication. The people prescribing the treatment and medication are they themselves women, who are giving them the same bad rhetoric that brought them to the mental illness in the first place. I struggle to not use the term systematic but it can't be avoided. I'm not saying women are evil or the enemy. But women are the ones pushing this rhetoric in schools, human resources departments, homes, and therapy sessions. You ladies are now in control. But you are using the wrong blueprint.
