I think if your body was mire active while dreaming that’s slightly more calories like if you’re having a bad dream and your heart is racing, but it’s nit going to be the sane as actually running. Probably the sage as sitting still while having a panic attack compared to sitting still calmly.
who has time to eat in their dreams? i do think i've gotten exercise but never from eating. something is wrong with you if you eat in your dreams unless you're like a professional eater and that's a big part of your life when you're awake

And dreams are quite small if you see and try to explain in words so consuming less time but it feels like an eternity has passed

I asked about eating in dream like you see multiple dishes and feeding in your dreams and being limited to dreams has no physicality
i was too lazy to take off my caps key lol. i didn't mean anything by it i'm just trying to understand. i think subconciously if you dream of eating it means you;re hungry? and if that hunger is satisfied in your dream and you're trying to slim down it could be a good thing.

No, that wouldn't work. Your body COULD push itself to burn more calories and use the energy for things that don't actually exist, but it can't spontaneously generate calories; if it could, no one would ever starve to death.
