I am confused about my height?

i don’t know my height cause sometimes i am 5’8 even but i think it is due to posture and when i wake up i am 5’9 even and throughout the day i go down to 5’8.5 i am not embarrassed of my height it is not bad but i would like to maybe grow to 5’10 do you all have any advice on how to maybe grow taller i am 17 i read puberty doesn’t end until around 21 for men so growth is still possible but i have had facial hair and chest hair since i was 13 is it still possible for me too grow any more and also why does my height fluctuate any help is appreciated

When you wake up then you're slightly taller because your spinal chord opens up due to gravity and your lying position and also there's a fact that you grow while sleeping. Your height reduces a bit by the end of the day because you're standing and sitting all day making your spinal cord slightly compressed because of gravity again. You're still in a growing age and you can grow height by the following tips:-

• Having plenty of sleep, remember you grow your height during your sleep.
• Streching your spinal chords and back by doing streching exercises.
• Play basketball, I heard it increases your height and it makes sense as well.
• Consume more protein, this is important because your body needs protein to grow.
• Leading a healthy lifestyle, like not overeating, doing workouts and excercise regularly, being punctual and stuff.
• Keep your mental self healthy because your mental health impacts your physical growth and health directly. Also your brain needs to be healthy for releasing the growth hormones from pituitary gland.

There all things helped me at least, except the basket ball one. I followed each of them and it resulted in increase in height of mine. I hope it works for you as well.
