How to make ticking sounds from right headphone go away when I move my head?

I have Anker Soundcore Life Q30 ANC Bluetooth/3.5mm headphones, they're made of cheap plastic so they're sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity, and the clamping force for these kind of suck due to bad design and my head being massive (and my hair further pushing against it).

Reinforce or cushion the part that clicks with electrical tape.

I don't know where exactly it makes the ticking noise though; oh right, as long as I'm not making very sudden movements and i adjust the sliders from max length to almost max length, it helps a lot in reducing the frequency and loudness of the ticking

Is it the plastic ticking or is it playing a sound through the actual headphones?

Alright, so it’s like my headset that sounds like a construction site when I turn my head.

I put tape around the sliding parts and the little hinges that allow the ear pieces to move.

It reduced the sound, but it definitely still clicks.

sadly i put on electrical tape around it as you instructed, and it kind of helped, but mostly didn't do much
