I am already slim but I'm looking for a slightly toned look (not bulky) I found a workout program for a fit body. The girl doing these workout is really slim so she knows what she's doing. But in every day there is a hiit workout (max. 20 mins) and there is lots of squatting (not too much but often). So will that make me bulky? My calves are already thin. does that mean they'll grow bigger? I do a 8 min stretching before and after the workouts. (I'm a beginner by the way) does having sore legs mean my muscles will grow bigger?
