How to know if my UTI is gone?

I've been diagnosed with UTI 10 days ago and I haven't really had any symptoms besides a head cold and night sweats (not sure if that even is a symptom is UTI). My caregivers at the ER gave me antibiotics, which I am nearly finished with them. I try my best to drink a lot of water as possible as well.

I am asking this question because my research on Google wasn't really... helpful. It's like I have to ask outside sources for other symptoms of my UTI going away. All my results are for people who were experiencing symptoms and I haven't really had any. For the past days, my urine had been looking in the light shade of yellow. But tonight, it was a dark yellow and I am not sure if that's a sign that I've flushed it out or if it's getting worse.

Finish all of your antibiotics first of all.
Didn't someone tell you to drink cranberry juice with a UTI?
If you still have pain/pressure in the area where it hurts, then it's not gone.
There are different types of UTI's.
You should have your doctor send your urine specimen to the lab when you go for your follow up appt.
A friend of mine too an entire week's worth of Cipro and she was still in pain. So her doctor called in more Cipro. She was still hurting down there. So she saw another doctor in the group, and he found out she had a e-coli UTI infection. That calls for a completely different antibiotics geared to kill e-coli. Finally she got relief.
Please keep this in your mind now and in the future.

And the thing is, I had never experienced any symptoms. I'll most likely go back to my doctor.

Dark Yellow is a Sign Not Enough Water. Stay on Your Meds for a Full Day. If any Blood even or a Smell in the Urine, Go back to the Doctor. xx

Urine color is based on hydration. If your urine resembles apple juice, you're dehydrated. If it is clear or light colored you're overhydrated or hydrated enough. I have literally pissed water before.

Take your antibiotics until they're all gone and go to a doctor if you still have pain when peeing.

Normally the doctor has you come back after you have finished your antibiotics to retest to make sure it has gone. Also the yellow pee, remember if you are drinking soft drink, this can make your pee darker
