Can you heal circumcision damage and restore a little bit of skin but not a lot?

so basically my skin around my foreskin looks like when i was baby when i got the circmucision process TOO MUCH of my skin was taken in the foreskin removal circumcision process and i want it to heal and be back its hard to explain there's like a hole and a scar and there look like something is missing a bit and im missing a bit of skin

I've restored my foreskin completely, but it sounds like you just want to loosen yours up a little? That's very possible as well, it's all a matter of how long you stick to your routine. I was cut way too tight and i actually was able to get enough skin to be considered "loose" within the first few months. There's a considerable advantage to restoring even that far.
