2 days ago for me I the communal pool on vacation in Fuerteventura

I was about 3 months post op from a hip replacement almost two years ago I wanted to get in the ocean. There was a very strong rip current and when the ocean came in it had so much force it knocked me over. I just barely got out before I got knocked over again
