I think if your goal is not just to be an ultimate warrior but a successful one that can take care of your family that you find a good promoter and manager who sets you up with good matches.

I get warrior mindset and deeply respect that but if you take on any comer who challenges you, time sets in. Arthritis sets in. Every blow you take to your head sets in. Boxing is a showbiz as much as it is a sport. You should trust your promoter and manager if they serve you well and replace them if they don't.
