Consider being genetically tested and indicate that you suspect that you may be a chimera or mosaic.
From Google Bard:
PROMPT: Genetically speaking, what is the difference between a chimera and a mosaic?
REPLY:
A chimera is an organism that is composed of two or more genetically distinct cell lines. This can happen when two embryos fuse together early in development, or when cells from one individual are transplanted into another. Chimeras are often found in animals, but they can also occur in humans.
A mosaic is an organism that has a single cell line, but some of the cells in that line have a different genetic makeup than the rest. This can happen due to a mutation that occurs after fertilization, or it can be caused by a condition called somatic mosaicism, in which cells in the body acquire mutations as they divide.
The main difference between a chimera and a mosaic is that a chimera has two or more cell lines, while a mosaic has a single cell line with some cells that have different genetic makeup than the others.

I suspect you could be one of these - a chimera or mosaic - and have male genetic material in you. For instance, if you were a chimera, you were supposed to a girl with a fraternal twin brother, but your female embryo merged with your brother's and you developed with material from both. This could give you male "features".
But don't be too disappointed. You will still be loved.

You mentioned hair loss which could be linked to DHT. In order to balance all of these hormones your body uses iodine (which requires selenium). Getting your iodine levels up would have likely helped. Read the book 'Iodine Why You Need It' by David Brownstein.
